Mint Sauce with Balsamic Vinegar

We use only fresh mint and a dash of balsamic vinegar from Modena in Italy to make this traditional accompaniment with a twist! Delicious with traditional roast lamb.

 

Traditional Creamed Horseradish

Only the finest grated horseradish to ensure that this sauce is at its best. As an alternative to beef, try with smoked fish.

 

Apple Sauce
